Decisions, decisions, decisions. We' re making decisions every day. But the key to make your success a reality ask you more than just making a decision.
The decision to step into your greatness requires a commitment. When you decide and commit to materialize what you want, this is where everything starts to get in motion. "A real decision is measured by the fact that you've taken a new action. If there's no action, you haven't truly decided." Tony Robbins said it because it's true.
Whatever you desire, you have to make the conscious decision to say Yes and show up for yourself, show up for this desire to become real. When you're in this state of mind, you're going to meet two types of people: your tribe and unsecured ones. They're going to try to convince you that you cannot make your dream come true. And they will be mean, cynical and throwing in their face their reality.
The secret to facing these persons is to say: "Thank you for sharing your point of view but I will show up for myself ,and there is nothing you can do." It's clear, simple and the quickest way is to get these people out of your environment.
May I be honest with you? It takes courage and honesty to commit to your success. Yes, look at your routine, your belief system, your habits and you'll know what you need to change. There is no judgment of which action you will take, what is essential is to start. Start where you want but start. It can be starting a new workout, be veggie for one day, say yes to go to this date, it can be anything, but it has to be something genuinely challenging you.
For me, showing up is to take care of myself: to pray, meditate, workout, take a shower and listen to upbeat music to wake up my mojo. It's also to be professional, to bring the best of me in any situation and to be grateful for what I have.
So I'd love to hear from you. What does it mean, for you, showing up for yourself?
With so much love
